Predatory Crime definition

Predatory Crime means murder in the first, second or third degree; manslaughter in the first or second degree; assault in the first, second or third degree; simple robbery; aggravated robbery; kidnapping; false imprisonment; criminal sexual conduct in the first, second, third, or fourth degree; incest; tampering with a witness; arson in the first degree; or burglary in the first degree as defined by White Earth tribal statutes or the statutes of any other jurisdiction with substantially similar elements.
