Archiving of data shall be per the EBT Standards or other applicable Precept.
Failure of Provider to pay within the T&D’s grace period specified in Exhibit A shall entitle the T&D to charge interest on any unpaid balance calculated at the rate established by the Commission pursuant to Chapter 870 of its Rules, or any successor Precept.
