Pre−approved Expenses definition
Pre−approved Expenses means certain expenses of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ pre− approved by CUSTOMER in writing.
Examples of Pre−approved Expenses in a sentence
If specified in an SOW, or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, CUSTOMER will reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for certain Pre−approved Expenses, provided that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ includes copies of receipts and other customary documentation for such Pre− approved Expenses.
The CUSTOMER will pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for all applicable Fees and documented Pre−approved Expenses as specified in the applicable SOW, and the CUSTOMER will pay all undisputed amounts within ninety (30) days of receipt thereof.
