Preacquisition costs definition
Preacquisition costs means those costs incurred by a water management district that are associated with preliminary and preparatory activities necessary for the district to pursue acquisition of the fee or other legal interest in lands pursuant to Section 259.101 or 373.59, Florida Statutes.
