Pre-Upload(ed) User-Generated Content definition

Pre-Upload(ed) User-Generated Content means videos created with the App that are uploaded to TikTok’s servers prior to the user selecting whether to “save” or “post” the content and where no such selection was subsequently made by the user.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
