Pre-Release Procedure definition
Pre-Release Procedure means the Corporation shall have advised the Subscription Receipt Agent at least three Business Days prior to the delivery of an Escrow Release Notice of the anticipated delivery thereof, and re-confirmed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on the Business Day prior to the delivery of such Escrow Release Notice that it will be delivered on the following Business Day.
