At Closing, Sellers will provide Buyer with an updated list of Pre-Purchased Inventory as of Closing.
Barclays shall use the Pre-Purchased Miles to compensate Frontier for fees otherwise earned hereunder in the manner and in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
In addition, Frontier shall pay interest on the value of the outstanding Pre-Purchased Miles as set forth below.

Frontier may repurchase all or any of the Pre-Purchased Miles at any time, or from time to time, without penalty or premium.
All other terms of this Agreement do not apply to the Pre-Purchased Instruments.
