Pre-Purchased definition

Pre-Purchased means the Client’s ability to purchase, in advance, one or more Booster Programs in blocks of 500 Licenses to accompany the BizLibrary training course or program, at a reduced per-License rate per Booster Enrollment than if Client purchased the Booster Enrollments separate from or after purchasing the BizLibrary training course or program.

Examples of Pre-Purchased in a sentence

  • At Closing, Sellers will provide Buyer with an updated list of Pre-Purchased Inventory as of Closing.

  • Barclays shall use the Pre-Purchased Miles to compensate Frontier for fees otherwise earned hereunder in the manner and in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

  • Frontier may repurchase all or any of the Pre-Purchased Miles at any time, or from time to time, without penalty or premium.

  • All other terms of this Agreement do not apply to the Pre-Purchased Instruments.

Related to Pre-Purchased

  • Purchased means the date shown on the front of the cashed check, the date of the financial transaction, or the date on the engine purchasing agreement, whichever is earliest.

  • Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.
