Pre-Priced Items definition

Pre-Priced Items means the items listed in the then most current R.S. Means Facilities Construction Cost Data Book.

  • To arrive at the maximum amount that shall be paid by City to JOC for Pre-Priced Items under an issued Job Order, JOC shall consult the amount shown in the then most current R.S.
