Pre-Orders definition

Pre-Orders means an Order for Goods not currently in stock or not yet released and that will be dispatched at a future date;
Pre-Orders means an Order placed for a product (e.g. e-scooter, e-bike, helmet or other accessories) prior to the official release date of that product;
Pre-Orders means an Order placed for a software product or goods prior to the official release date of that product;

Examples of Pre-Orders in a sentence

  • Wholesale Bitstream orders are only accepted within the Intervention Area (IA), where the network has been deployed by NBI and where the requesting Service Provider has the required Wholesale Bitstream infrastructure in place to facilitate service for an End User (note that, network build and Service Provider infrastructure checks do not apply to Pre-Orders).

  • You shall be solely responsible for paying and remitting any custom tax, any applicable use, or any other taxes on the Pre-Orders shipped to other states or countries.

  • If a Street Date is delayed, Retailer will be responsible for holding the Pre-Orders until four (4) days before the new Street Date.

  • FILL shall ship all Pre-Orders no later than Street Date minus one day, provided i.FILL has received the new release title(s) from the studio/distributor of such new release(s) in time for processing.

Related to Pre-Orders

  • Applicable Orders means those orders or decrees of governmental authorities identified on Schedule 2 to the Opinion Support Certificate, which have been certified by officers of the General Partner as being every order or decree of any governmental authority by which the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries or any of their respective properties is bound, that is material in relation to the business, operations, affairs, financial condition, assets, or properties of the Partnership and its subsidiaries, considered as a single enterprise. However, officers of the General Partner have certified in the Opinion Support Certificate that there are no Applicable Orders.

  • Disclosure Order has the meaning set forth in Section 10.7.

  • forfeiture order means an order made under section 24;

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain order entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing the Claims Bar Date.
