Examples of Pre-Occupied Space in a sentence

  • If Landlord is unable to deliver the New Space to Tenant on the Commencement Date, the Commencement Date for the Pre-Occupied Space shall be deemed to occur on the Commencement Date set forth in Article 1, and the Commencement Date for the New Space shall be deemed to occur on the date the New Space is delivered to Tenant.

  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Tenant shall commence paying Rent for the PreOccupied Space on the Commencement Date and the Base Rent for the New Space shall be abated for the first four (4) months of the Term commencing on the Commencement Date of the New Space, as determined in accordance with Section 4.2 above.
