Pre-Launch Period definition

Pre-Launch Period means that period of time that extends from the Effective Date up to, but excluding the NOVAVAX Product Initiation Date.
Pre-Launch Period means, with respect to a Product, the twelve (12) month period preceding the anticipated Detailing Commencement Date for such Product.
Pre-Launch Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date AOL and TS begin testing the Services with approximately * * * testers.

More Definitions of Pre-Launch Period

Pre-Launch Period means the period starting on January 1, 2021 and ending on the date Sarepta receives Product Approval for the Lead DMD Product.
