Pre-Installation Tests definition

Pre-Installation Tests. Shall have the meaning as given in clause 6.1. Price Shall mean the aggregate price for all the work, duties and obligations to be carried out by WeRide and/or any and all of its Affiliates under the Agreement and Before-SOP Royalties, change of which shall be subject to change management procedures under clause 14. The Price and its breakdown is set out in Appendix 10 Part I (Price and its Breakdown). Project Shall mean the project named with Bosch internal code [***]. The Project shall be launched in the [***], and shall be further launched in the global market. Project Meeting Shall have the meaning as given in clause 12.2.
Pre-Installation Tests means the tests to be carried out on the Customer Software prior to delivery to the Customer as provided for in clause 4;

Examples of Pre-Installation Tests in a sentence

  • The Customer shall provide information and assistance as required by Supplier to carry out Pre-Installation Tests.

  • Delivery shall be deemed to have completed when any Deliverable has passed the Pre-Installation Tests, has been installed on certain systems designated by Bosch and/or other Bosch Group Companies and WeRide has therefore received the Pre-acceptance Letter in accordance with clause 6.4.

  • After WeRide has passed the Pre-Installation Tests and WeRide has received the Pre-acceptance Letters regarding such Deliverables within reasonable time as set forth in the updated Test Plan since receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇’s written notice, Bosch shall complete the second Final Acceptance Tests for such Deliverables within reasonable time.

  • The parties shall use best endeavours to agree the Pre-Installation Test Plan containing the Pre-Installation Tests for each part of the Customer Software within ten (10) days from the date of delivery to the Supplier of the proposed criteria and data, and such Pre-Installation Test Plan shall be annexed to this agreement as Schedule 3.

  • The Supplier shall give the Customer at least 24 hours’ notice of the start of the Pre-Installation Tests and permit the Customer to observe all or any parts of the testing.

  • After WeRide has passed the Pre-Installation Tests and WeRide has received the Pre-acceptance Letters regarding such Deliverables within reasonable time as set forth in the updated Test Plan since receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇’s written notice, Bosch shall complete the second Conditional Acceptance Tests for such Deliverables within reasonable time.

  • fire installation means a potable water installation that conveys water intended for fire-fighting purposes only;

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Nuclear installation means (a) anything defined as a ‘Nuclear Installation’ in the Paris Convention (Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy of 29th July 1960, as subsequently amended) or the Vienna Convention (Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage); (b) any vessel or means of transport incorporating a nuclear reactor; or (c) any other facility or site containing a nuclear reactor or storing or handling any nuclear fuel or waste.

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;
