Pre-Installation definition

Pre-Installation means the activities associated with arranging the installation of a smart metering system that take place prior to the Installation Visit, for example, arranging an Installation Visit or Installation Appointment, raising Customer awareness and engagement in smart metering;

Examples of Pre-Installation in a sentence

  • Upon acceptance by Seller of any Purchase Order hereunder, Seller shall provide Buyer with a Pre-Installation Manual setting out requirements for site preparation at the installation site.

  • Buyer is responsible for preparing the installation site as set out in the Pre-Installation Manual, for providing all utilities within rated parameters as stated in the Pre-Installation Manual, and for inspecting, rigging and placement of the Goods at the installation site.

  • Commissioning requires Buyer adhere to all conditions specified in Pre-Installation Manual.

  • Company will participate in Pre-Installation Conferences as required for their scope of work.

  • Supplier shall review the Pre-Installation Conditions with Buyer to confirm that Buyer understands such requirements.

  • You agree to keep a copy of the records used by you to demonstrate your eligibility to participate in the Program Stream for at least two years from the date of your Pre-Installation Application.

  • Students must successfully complete the Pre-Installation Web-based Training course.

  • Please refer to Instron’s Customer Responsibilities document, which shall be considered part of these Terms , and/or the Pre-Installation Manual for the Products for more specific information for all new testing system purchases.

Related to Pre-Installation

  • fire installation means a potable water installation that conveys water intended for fire-fighting purposes only;

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

  • Removable Installations means any items listed on Exhibit F attached hereto and any items agreed by Landlord in writing to be included on Exhibit F in the future, (y) “Tenant’s Property” means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.
