Pre-Event definition

Pre-Event means any time after Park Hours on the date immediately preceding an event listed as part of the 2018 Event Season. Pre-Event mooring shall be permitted only at the Concrete Landing. As a general rule, electric hook-up will not be available for Pre-Event moorings.
Pre-Event means before the sheltering event.

Examples of Pre-Event in a sentence

  • If such registered holder does not comply with the foregoing requirements, then the Company will be entitled to conclusively deem such Rights to be Beneficially Owned by an Acquiring Person (or an Affiliate or Associate of an Acquiring Person, a Post-Event Transferee, a Pre-Event Transferee, a Subsequent Transferee or any nominee of any of the foregoing) and, accordingly, such Rights will be null and void and not exchangeable in connection herewith.

  • The Company will provide the Rights Agent with written notice of the identity of any such Acquiring Person, Affiliate or Associate of an Acquiring Person, Post-Event Transferee, Pre-Event Transferee, Subsequent Transferee or any nominee of any of the foregoing, and the Rights Agent may rely on such notice in carrying out its duties pursuant to this Agreement and will be deemed not to have any knowledge of the identity of any such Person unless and until it has received such notice.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Section 11(a)(ii) Event, if the Rights evidenced by this Rights Certificate are beneficially owned by an Acquiring Person, an Affiliate or Associate of an Acquiring Person, a Post-Event Transferee, a Pre-Event Transferee, a Subsequent Transferee or any nominee of any of the foregoing, such Rights shall become null and void and no holder hereof shall have any right with respect to such Rights from and after the occurrence of such Section 11(a)(ii) Event.

  • The Company will provide the Rights Agent with written notice of the identity of any such Acquiring Person, Affiliate or Associate of an Acquiring Person, Post-Event Transferee, Pre-Event Transferee, Subsequent Transferee or any nominee of any of the foregoing, and the Rights Agent may rely on such notice in carrying out its duties pursuant to this Plan and will be deemed not to have any knowledge of the identity of any such Person unless and until it has received such notice.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Section 11(a)(ii) Event, if the Rights evidenced by this Rights Certificate are beneficially owned by an Acquiring Person, an Affiliate or Associate of an Acquiring Person, a Post-Event Transferee, a Pre-Event Transferee, a Subsequent Transferee or any nominee of any of the foregoing, such Rights will become null and void and no holder hereof will have any right with respect to such Rights from and after the occurrence of such Section 11(a)(ii) Event.

  • There will be an additional charge of $100/room/day of use for any rooms used by the Lessee that were not identified on the Pre-Event Invoice.

  • Event details need to be in place thirty (30) calendar days prior to first day of use for Pre-Event Invoice to be prepared and sent to the Lessee.

  • Client(s) shall provide this information with their event timeline at the Pre-Event Meeting.

  • Custodian time is charged to the Lessee as part of the total rental fee and is included in the Pre-Event Invoice (see Attachment #1).
