Pre-Energisation Commissioning Tests definition

Pre-Energisation Commissioning Tests means the tests to be undertaken by or on behalf of the Company, which are identified as such in the Schedules and which have to be passed prior to Energisation; Premises has the meaning ascribed to that term by Section 64(1) of the Electricity Act 1989 (as amended); Programme means the programme of works defined in clause 6.2;
