Pre-Effective Date Budget definition
Pre-Effective Date Budget means the budget attached as Exhibit 2 to the Plan Term Sheet governing the Debtor’s use of cash to the Effective Date, as may be amended by the agreement of the Plan Support Parties.

Pre-Effective Date Budget means the post December 31, 2019, pre-Effective Date budget agreed to by and among the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee and the Administrative Agent as may be amended by written agreement among such parties or by order of the Bankruptcy Court.
