Pre-Construction Work Package definition

Pre-Construction Work Package means a specified portion of the Program for which the Contractor is required to provide Pre-Construction Services.

Examples of Pre-Construction Work Package in a sentence

  • For each Pre-Construction Work Package, the CMR Program Manager will, among other things, oversee the performance of the Pre- Construction Work Package team and provide a signed letter stating that a detailed and thorough design review was performed.

  • Further, for Construction Work Packages without Pre-Construction Services, the Task Order Price will also include the incentive amount, if any, earned under Section 6.2.2. For each Pre-Construction Work Package, the Task Order Price is the CMR Pre-Construction Services Fee.

  • The Contractor shall propose and provide teams of key personnel for each Pre-Construction Work Package, and the Contractor shall determine the composition of those teams.

  • The CMR Program Safety Manager, CMR Program Quality Control Manager and CMR Program Controls Manager may serve on teams for Pre-Construction Work Packages if the Contractor designates them as part time at both the Program level and the Pre-Construction Work Package level.
