Pre-Construction Services Contract definition

Pre-Construction Services Contract means that certain contract executed between NSHE and the chosen Construction Manager to perform the necessary tasks to complete all pre- construction services for the Project Work, as that term is commonly and generally defined in the construction industry. The Pre-Construction Services Contract may be executed by NSHE upon its approval by the Project Committee.
