Pre-Completion Transaction definition
Pre-Completion Transaction means the sale, prior to Completion, by the Company of any financial products, investments or instruments or any advice, recommendation or service provided by the Company to or for the benefit of any person, prior to Completion, in relation to any financial products, investments, securities or instruments provided that if any advice or recommendation is given prior to Completion that results in a sale of a financial product, investment or instrument after Completion, then that advice or recommendation shall not constitute a Pre-Completion Transaction;
