Pre-Compensation Operating definition
Pre-Compensation Operating. Income shall mean the annual operating income of the Company, after deductions for annual cash bonuses, but not including any deductions for long-term compensation plans or the Stock Option Plan. Stockholders Agreement shall mean the Stockholders Agreement, dated as of June 5, 2006, among Parent, the Company and the Executive.
