Pre-Collegiate definition

Pre-Collegiate means a variety of programs to help students plan, apply and pay for college, identify scholarship opportunities, and provide assistance with the application process for selected post-secondary options. Programs may be offered through middle and high schools, colleges and universities or community organizations and businesses.
