Pre-Close Session definition

Pre-Close Session means the market phase following the close of the Normal Trading Session and prior to the commencement of the Close during which Dealers and DMA Authorised Persons may deal in Securities in accordance with Rules 11.5, 12.5, 14.5 or 22.7.5
Pre-Close Session means the market phase during which time Dealers, DMA Dealers and DMA Authorised Persons may deal in securities in accordance with Rules 11.5, 12.5 or 14.5;

Related to Pre-Close Session

  • Pre-Closing Period means any taxable period ending on or before the Closing Date.

  • Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.

  • close links means a situation in which two or more natural or legal persons are linked by:

  • Pre-Closing Tax Period means any taxable period ending on or before the Closing Date and the portion of any Straddle Period ending on the Closing Date.

  • Post-Closing Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.
