pre-1981 drainage works definition
pre-1981 drainage works means drainage works, as defined in the regulations, that were in existence on January 1, 1981 and that were previously exempt from obtaining a permit or approval pursuant to this Act, The Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Act, 2005, The Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Act, The Water Corporation Act, The Drainage Control Act or any regulations made or continued pursuant to this Act or any of those Acts.
