PRC provision definition

PRC provision refers to laws enacted by the PRC National People’s Congress and its Standing Committee and promulgated by Order of the President signed by the PRC President, administrative regulations enacted by the State Council, local regulations, autonomous regulations, separate regulations, rules, judicial interpretations and relevant prescriptive documents. “PRC laws and administrative regulations” refer to laws promulgated by the PRC National People’s Congress and its Standing Committee, and regulations promulgated by the State Council. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this opinion shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Share Exchange Agreement.
