PRC Customer definition

PRC Customer means any existing or potential customer of the Company or end-user of the Company Offerings that is headquartered in the Territory. ByteDance and Ai, Kuaishou shall be deemed to be PRC Customers.
PRC Customer means you are either (1) a business entity incorporated or formed under the laws of the PRC; or (2) a natural person who uses a PRC resident identity card or PRC passport to register for a CoGoLinks User Account and/or CoGoLinks Service Account.

  • Subject to Section 14 and for so long as AMD maintains an Ownership Interest of at least twenty-five percent (25%), FASL shall not have the right to appoint any additional distributors or sales representatives, or grant any existing distributor or sales representative (other than AMD) any additional rights, in the AMD Territory or with respect to an AMD Account, Global Account or AMD PRC Customer without AMD’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld in its sole discretion.

  • Seller agrees to respond by close of the following business day to all Newegg inquiries concerning any transaction between Seller and a PRC Customer.

  • This Section 7 is not intended to confer proprietary ownership of PRC Customer information to the Trust, other than to the extent necessary to meet the requirements of Rule 31a-3 under the 1940 Act, or to confer proprietary ownership of PRC Customer information to the Adviser.
