PRB Standard means any rail loadout located on the joint line (Burlington Northern Santa Fe/Union Pacific) in the Southern Powder River Basin within Converse or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties, Wyoming capable of loading 12,000 to 15,000 Ton Unit Trains.
