In addition, Pratt & Whitney disclaims all responsibility for loss or damage ▇▇▇▇▇ed to such repairs or modifications.

If permitted by applica▇▇▇ ▇aw, if Pratt & Whitney is the non-defaulting party, Pratt & Whitney sha▇▇, ▇pon not less than thirty (30) days prior ▇▇▇▇ten ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to TAM, be entitled to sell, in a commercially reasonable manner, any Equipment in Pratt & Whitney's possession or control to satisfy any obligatio▇ ▇▇ TAM for services rendered or parts provided by Pratt & Whitney to TAM under this Agreement.
TAM shall be responsible for any and all interest and penalties relating to nonpayment or late payment of taxes due in any jurisdiction which interest and penalties arise from TAM's failure to pay such taxes when due after notification thereof by Pratt & Whitney to TAM.
