Prairie Creek means solely for purposes of this Consent Decree, the Prairie Creek Generating Station consisting of four coal-fired boilers designated as boiler 1 (heat input of 245 mmBTU/hr), boiler 2 (heat input of 304 mmBTU/hr), Unit 3 (50 MW), and Unit 4 (149 MW), which is located in Linn County, Iowa.

  • Prairie Creek Ethanol agrees to pay to the Escrow Agent the fees specified in the Escrow Agent’s fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A, in the manner set forth therein, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.
