PracticeWorks shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
PracticeWorks means PracticeWorks, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of the Company as of the date of this Deposit Agreement.
PracticeWorks as defined in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
