Practice Statement definition

Practice Statement means documentation of the practices, procedures and controls employed by a certification authority.
Practice Statement means the Practice Statement (Companies: Schemes of Arrangement under Part 26 and Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006) issued on 26 June 2020 by the Court;
Practice Statement means the practice statement in relation to schemes of arrangement under Parts 26 and 26A of the Act issued on 26 June 2020 by the Chancellor of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales.
