practice hours definition

practice hours means paid and professional activity hours spent in physical therapy practice or other activities resulting from possessing physiotherapy or physical therapy credentials and experience and which may include clinical practice, research, administration, teaching or academic positions, and consulting;
practice hours means the number of eligible practice hours accumulated by a registrant within the specified, most recent 3-year cycle.
practice hours means those hours during which a General regulated member was engaged in the practice of dental hygiene as defined in Schedule 5 of the Health Professions Act either for remuneration or as an unpaid volunteer.

Related to practice hours

  • Service Hours means the hours limited in the applicable Notification Form during which the Services are provided, it being understood that different Service Hours can apply for different Services.

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
