Practice Entity definition

Practice Entity means Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, P.C., a Pennsylvania professional corporation owned by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, M.D., a Pennsylvania licensed physician and Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, P.C. a Maryland professional corporation owned by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, M.D., a Maryland licensed physician.
Practice Entity means any partnership, trust or body corporate or unincorporate in or through which persons who are Members, or include a Member or Members, practise as public accountants.
Practice Entity means any partnership, trust, corporation or unincorporated body in which a Member or Members practise as Registered Migration Agents.

  • Upon preparation of quarterly financial statements, final adjustments to the service fee for the quarter shall be made and any additional payments owing to CDS or the Dental Practice Entity shall then be made.

  • Deficiencies discovered in the performance of any personnel or in the quality of professional services shall be reported immediately to CDS, and appropriate steps shall be taken by the Dental Practice Entity at once to remedy such deficiencies.

  • The Credit Parties have provided to Agent complete copies of each Practice Entity Document, including all schedules and exhibits referred to therein or delivered pursuant thereto, if any, and all amendments thereto, waivers relating thereto and other side letters or agreements affecting the term thereof.

  • The Dental Practice Entity shall use and occupy the offices and facilities exclusively for the practice of dental services, and shall comply with all applicable local rules, ordinances and all standards of dental and dental care.
