  • In the event that Business Associate receives a request for records prepared, owned, used, or retained by Covered Entity or for records prepared, owned, used, or retained by Business Associate in the course and scope of providing the services for Covered Entity described in the Agreement as amended from time to time (“PRA Request”), Business Associate shall promptly forward a copy of the PRA Request to Covered Entity for fulfillment by the Covered Entity.
