PR Materials definition

PR Materials means such public relations materials in the form approved by TBL’s Authorized Representative for use by the Company solely in connection with the endorsement and promotion of the Products by the Artist in connection with this Agreement and including by way of example mutually approved press releases, photographs and quotes.

Examples of PR Materials in a sentence

  • Each party shall make reasonable efforts to provide, for review and consent, all PR materials that mention or recite the other party, its trademarks, its products or services, or this Agreement, to such other party at least four business (4) days prior to publication or release of such PR Materials.

  • The Customer can request that Sourse ceases to name the Customer in Sourse’s PR Materials but this will not require Sourse to withdraw any PR Materials that have already been published.

  • TBL shall endeavor to advise the Company in writing of its approval or disapproval of the PR Materials, photographs or other likenesses and any other Artist Property within ten (10) business days after receipt of any relevant samples.
