PR Instruments means Instruments other than Exempt Instruments;

Examples of PR Instruments in a sentence

  • The applicable Final Terms (in the case of PR Instruments) or the applicable Pricing Supplement (in the case of Exempt Instruments) (or, in either case, the relevant provisions thereof) will be endorsed upon, or attached to, each Global Instrument and definitive Instrument.

  • Amounts payable under the PR Instruments may be calculated by reference to one or more “benchmarks” for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1011 (as amended) (the “Benchmarks Regulation”).

  • A copy of such Final Terms will, in the case of PR Instruments to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange or offered to the public in the European Economic Area in circumstances which require the publication of a prospectus under the Prospectus Regulation, be delivered to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and/or the CSSF on or before the date of issue of such PR Instruments.

  • Tier 2 Instruments means any (directly or indirectly issued) capital instruments of the Issuer that qualify as Tier 2 instruments pursuant to Article 63 CRR, including any capital (or other) instruments that qualify as Tier 2 items pursuant to transitional provisions under the CRR.]

  • Gift instrument means a record or records, including an institutional solicitation, under which property is granted to, transferred to, or held by an institution as an institutional fund.
