Examples of PR Instruments in a sentence
The applicable Final Terms (in the case of PR Instruments) or the applicable Pricing Supplement (in the case of Exempt Instruments) (or, in either case, the relevant provisions thereof) will be endorsed upon, or attached to, each Global Instrument and definitive Instrument.
Amounts payable under the PR Instruments may be calculated by reference to one or more “benchmarks” for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1011 (as amended) (the “Benchmarks Regulation”).
The terms and conditions applicable to each Tranche of PR Instruments will be those set out herein under “TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INSTRUMENTS” as completed by Part A of the applicable Final Terms.
This section applies to both Exempt Instruments and PR Instruments (each as defined below).
Reference should be made (i) in the case of PR Instruments, to the “applicable Final Terms” for a description of the content of the Final Terms and (ii) in the case of Exempt Instruments, to the “applicable Pricing Supplement”, each of which will specify which of such terms are to apply in relation to the relevant Instruments.
A copy of such Final Terms will, in the case of PR Instruments to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange or offered to the public in the European Economic Area in circumstances which require the publication of a prospectus under the Prospectus Regulation, be delivered to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and/or the CSSF on or before the date of issue of such PR Instruments.
