PR Fee definition

PR Fee means the percentage determined by PrimeRevenue, Inc. from time to time according to the respective Supplier Agreements entered into between Meritor HVS AB and PrimeRevenue, Inc. At the date of this letter, the PR Fee is 0.25%.
PR Fee means the non-refundable, non-recoupable expenses required to be paid by Syratech to VEW pursuant to Paragraph 9(c) during the Term to be used by VEW in its discretion in connection with VEW’s public relations overhead, personnel and expenses allocated or otherwise related to the Licensed Property, including, without limitation, travel, accommodations and costs incurred in connection with public relation materials and events.

Related to PR Fee

  • User Fee means all charges, costs, fees, tariff and other amounts by whatever name called, collected by the Developer from the users, pursuant to this Agreement, for usage of the Project.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
