PQF means a Supplier’s Prequalification Form. • ”Sensitive Data” refers to, but is not limited to, information about physical or mental health or condition, racial or ethnic origin, sex life, trade union membership, political opinions or criminal records (including commission or alleged commission of any offense) concerning any individual whomsoever.
