  • The PQE Service is affected by the major operational issues which may result in substantial degradation of PQE Services whereas majority of functionalities are severely impaired and a substantial part of PQE Service related to your business operations is affected by the impact of such issues with no reasonable workaround at hand.

  • PQE Services (as defined in the Q-Message Agreement) features a solution that shall enable YOU to deliver mobile terminated SMS to multiple mobile networks worldwide through the Platform.
