PQA Engineer means DGM (PSP), PQA .or, any other duly authorized representative of PQA, appointed from time to time and notified in writing to the Company to act as PQA Engineer.

  • PQA and/or PQA Engineer shall have the right to observe the progress of the construction of the Terminal.

  • The Employee shall submit in writing all facts bearing on the request to his superior or the superior’s designated representative, who shall append his recommendations and forward the request to the BOROUGH.
