PPR Method Statement definition
PPR Method Statement means the Works Method Statement to be drawn by the Contractor on the basis of the Working Documentation as per SNiP 12-01-2004, which should contain flowcharts for all types of Works with a detailed description of the Work practices and identifying performers, and a detailed description of their functions, duties, and liability for the Work performed. “Customer’s Representative” means a person designated as such in the Agreement or any other person appointed by the Customer from time to time and acting under an order or a power of attorney specifying his/her powers. “Contractor’s Representative” means a person designated as such in the Agreement or any other person appointed by the Contractor from time to time and acting under an order or a power of attorney specifying his/her powers. “Works” (Services) means a full set of works and services performed by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Design Documentation, and Working Documentation, individual tests, and other Works inseparably associated with a particular Work Facility, during the Warrantee Period as well, including the procurement with required materials, and the works relating to the Defect rectification. “Working Documentation” means documentation developed in elaboration of the design documentation and construction organization plan (COP), and consisting of documents in text form, engineering drawings, estimate documents, equipment and articles specification, containing information of a construction facility, determined by the legal regulations of the Russian Federation in the scope required for the performance of Works at the Facility and approved by the Customer “Approved for construction”. The Working Documentation shall be passed by the Customer to the Contractor under a transfer and acceptance statement. “Trade Secret Regime” means legal, organizational, technical, and other measures taken by the holder of the Information constituting a Trade Secret to protect its confidentiality. “Parties” means individuals and/or legal entities who signed the Agreement and acting as the Customer and the Contractor. “Concealed Works” means the Works performed and concealed by subsequent Works and structures, the quality and precision whereof will become unidentifiable after the performance of subsequent construction Works and installation of structures, and the actual performance whereof needs to be confirmed by the Construction Supervision of the Customer. “Term of the Agreement” means the period f...
