PPPF definition

PPPF. – means Preferential Procurement Policy Framework
PPPF means the post program partnership framework as agreed between the Borrower and ADB and set out in the Policy Matrix which sets forth actions accomplished or to be accomplished by the Borrower following completion of the Programmatic Approach Period;
PPPF means the post program partnership framework set out in the Policy Matrix which defines an agreed course for the Borrower for future efforts for reforms in local government finance and governance sector following completion of the Program Cluster;

Examples of PPPF in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall ensure that: (a) NBC undertakes periodic reviews to evaluate the scope, implementation arrangements, progress, achievements, and impacts of the Programmatic Approach and the PPPF; and (b) NBC is responsible for maintaining all monitoring data and evaluating benefits of the Program and the PPPF.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that all policies adopted and actions taken under the Program, as set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix, continue to be in effect for the duration of the Programmatic Approach, and all reasonable measures are undertaken to implement the reform actions set out in the PPPF.

  • The progress reports shall: (i) set out findings based on the monitoring of the Policy Actions and measures implemented under the Program and the PPPF; and (ii) include mitigation actions to address any delays or problems encountered.

  • To facilitate ADB’s preparation of the completion report of the Programmatic Approach and PPPF implementation, the Borrower shall assist ADB by providing relevant public sector management data and information in such detail as ADB may reasonably request.

  • The Program Executing Agency shall be responsible for: (a) establishing and maintaining a program performance management system in a form acceptable to ADB within 3 months after the Effective Date; (b) carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the Program and PPPF for at least 1 year after the completion of the Program; and (c) maintaining all relevant monitoring data to evaluate the benefits of the Programmatic Approach.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that: (a) the Program Executing Agency is responsible for carrying out evaluation of the impact of the Programmatic Approach and implementation of the PPPF and hosts regular consultative meetings with the Program Implementing Agencies to solicit their feedback on emerging regulations and procedures and the impact of the Program and implementation of the PPPF.

  • To facilitate ADB’s semiannual reviews of Programmatic Approach and PPPF implementation, the Borrower shall provide relevant macroeconomic and financial data and related information in such detail as ADB may reasonably request.

  • The Program Executing Agency shall carry out the activities in this paragraph (a) in consultation with ADB; (b) the PPPF performance shall be monitored by the Borrower and ADB throughout the PPPF period in the areas defined in the Policy Matrix; and (c) the Program Executing Agency shall undertake reviews to evaluate the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the Program and cooperate with ADB during preparation of the completion report on the Programmatic Approach.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that all policy actions adopted and actions taken under the Program, as set forth in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix, continue in effect, and all reasonable measures are undertaken to implement the reform actions set out in the PPPF.

  • The Beneficiary shall keep ADB informed of, and the Beneficiary and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the implementation of the Program, the PPPF, and the Project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.
