PPP Node definition
PPP Node means the Node created in the Ministry responsible for local government designed to support Public Private Partnership Projects in the local governments;
PPP Node means a unit established by a Government Agency responsible for identifying projects suitable for development as PPP projects, carrying out the initial screening and feasibility studies in connection with such projects, liaising with the PPP Cell with regard to development and submission of project proposals, and monitoring related coordination throughout the project life;
PPP Node means a unit, having requisite technical, legal, financial, and such expertise as may be required; established by an Administrative Department or an Implementing Agency, to perform such tasks pertaining to PPP Projects as may be required under the Act;
