PPO Reduction definition

PPO Reduction means a reduction or discount taken under CorVel’s preferred provider agreements, CorVel’s PPO network, and/or any PPO network utilized or leased by CorVel.

  • By operation of this Final Judgment and Order, the Releasing Parties hereby release the Released Parties from all Released Claims; provided, however, that the release of the Released Parties does not include any Claims that the members of the Settlement Class may have against any payor who took a PPO Reduction or a Usual and Customary Reduction.
