PPMID Technical Specification means the part(s) of the SMETS identified as applying to 'Pre-Payment Meter Interface Devices'.
PPMID Technical Specification means the part(s) of the SMETS identified as applying to 'Pre-Payment Meter Interface Devices'. Pre-Command means a communication (other than a Service Response or Device Alert) to be sent from the DCC to a User or to the CoS Party that includes a GBCS Payload and which has been Digitally Signed by the DCC in accordance with the DCC User Interface Specification.
