  • The conversion plan shall include procedures for conversion, procedures and reasonable time frames for resolving discrepancies arising from the conversion, procedures for conversion between billing and payment of Networking fees and the PPMF under Sections 4.a. and 4.b. of the Agreement, an approximation of the number of Sub-Accounts in the case of conversion of Omnibus to Sub-Accounts, and such other matters as necessary to effect the conversion.
