PPI Services definition

PPI Services means the private party building code services expressly set forth herein that Consultant will provide for the pur- poses of determining, at the indicated level of completion, whether the Work observed by Consultant complies with the Applicable Codes based upon the most current revisions to the Drawings provided to Consultant by Customer and the Inspection Forms used by the Local Enforcement Agency.

Examples of PPI Services in a sentence

  • Your rights and obligations will remain unchanged, and you can continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to your PPI Services.

  • As the Legal Guardian, you hereby agree to indemnify us for any loss, damage, claim, by whatever name called, that accrues to us due to improper use of the PPI Services and UPI Services by the Minor(s).

  • You will be eligible to register and use the PPI Services, only if you: (i) are an Indian citizen, resident of India and not a resident of any other country; (ii) you are not a Politically Exposed Person in terms of the KYC Framework; and (iii) have created your account on the Digital Portal, in accordance with these terms.

  • You also hereby appoint Bank as your authorized representative to receive your credit information from bureau for the purpose of providing PPI Services.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be issued PPI Account and to access the Digital Portal to avail the PPI Services, which is subject to these PPI Terms.

  • By using the PPI Services, you understand and acknowledge that we may use your personal information/data (provided in the course of your use of the PPI Services) for making promotions available to you or for providing you offers, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the KYC Framework.

  • As a Legal Guardian, you must take full responsibility for a Minor’s actions while using the PPI Services and any interaction with the Digital Portal, such as - setting up and using the Digital Portal or the PPI Account/PPI Card.

  • The PPI Services are not available for any person who is below 11 years of age.

  • If you wish to register and avail PPI Services, you will need to accept the Mobile Banking Terms including but not limited to PPI Terms, Approval Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  • If you do not agree with any or all of these PPI Terms, please do not register or avail the PPI Services.
