PPI ACQUISITION definition
PPI ACQUISITION means the acquisition by Company of 100% of the capital stock of PPI Holdings, Inc. for an equity purchase price of approximately $50,800,000 pursuant to that certain Stock Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of March 26, 1999, by and among PPI Holdings, Inc.; the persons named as shareholders on the signature pages thereof, owners of the capital stock of PPI Holdings, Inc.; and Company.
