PPD Patent definition
PPD Patent means any Patents Controlled by PPD or its Affiliates on the Effective Date claiming the composition, use, or manufacture of a Compound or Licensed Product, and any Patents which come under the Control of PPD or any Affiliate thereof following the Effective Date claiming the composition, use, or manufacture of a Compound or Licensed Product.
