PPD Employee definition

PPD Employee means the definition as set forth in the Separation Agreement.
PPD Employee means an active employee or an employee on vacation or on approved leave of absence (including maternity, paternity, family, sick leave, salary continuation, qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves) who, after the Effective Time, is employed or will be employed by PPD or any member of the PPD Group.
