PPCL definition

PPCL means "Pragati Power Corporation Limited", a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) with the principal object of taking over the pragati Power Project of the Board; appeals, complaints, whether civil or criminal or otherwise;
PPCL has the meaning set forth in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
PPCL means the PNG Ports Corporation Limited established under the Companies Act;

  • The Administrator was appointed administrator of PPCL on 1 September 2003.

  • The indemnity in clause 4.1 shall be capped at the aggregate sum received by the Assignor as a creditor of PPCL.
